Wonder Woman here to defend you!
I did eye-liner, mascara, some blush and of course red lipstick, she couldn't hardly hold still for the lipstick, that was her favorite part, I don't even wear lipstick!
This was so much fun I almost feel guilty!
These are flip flops she's had forever, I just washed them and glued some sequins!
Because it wouldn't be Lyv without flip-flops!!
My beautiful girl! Love you Lyv!!

On our way...

It faded a enough in the bath to get him to church!
After church we went to my moms to have Carly's family party, she was funny opening presents, she would empty the bag or rip off the paper and move on to the next even before she knew what it was, it took about 2 minutes to go through everything! I think she just wanted cake!
Tuesday Lyv had her "Barefoot gymnastics Summer Games", they let all the parents come into the gym and watch the things that the kids had learned. Lyv had a great time showing off her skills! This is Shaday, they have become such good friends, their birthdays are close and they have been in the same class for a year, they are so cute!
Here she is doing her back-bend,
After they did a little obstacle course, they went over to the long trampoline, where they jump over things, then jump to the end and are supposed to do a somersault down the ramp. Lyv gathers speed and height as she goes and does a flip instead! "Go Lyv!!!"
You can see the tramp in the background, they jump over these little animals on the balance beam, and Lyv nailed it!
After they show off what they can do, they did a little ceremony for the girls, they do a big"salute" with their medal on.
Here are the girls in Lyv's class, Faith, Lyv & Shaday
In advance the parents had the option to order a t-shirt for the kids too. Well, each year the kids get a free t-shirt when they pay their yearly dues, so Lyv got one last week, so I didn't order her one, but the other girls parents did, you can see how well that went... In the picture above, you can see her contemplating this fact.
So, what did mom do? I bought her a t-shirt like the other girls have, was she happy? sort of... Has she worn the shirt every minute of every day since because she loved it so much? No, she has yet to put it on. :) I am a sucker!
And finally, we are getting ready to leave, I told Lyv that I was packing and she needed to decide what to bring for entertainment, so she disappeared for about 10 minutes and came out looking like this, "I'm ready mom!" Love the shoes, babe!

Busy week
After the game all the kids got medals for playing this season, and we got to all go eat dinner for free at the concession stands, which was a microwaved corndog or a hamburger, chips and some cake, but hey, who passes up free food?!?
After the game, Mom and I went to St. George to get more jars from my mother-in-laws, return a movie and go shopping for groceries for Carlys party Saturday, we got home way later than we wanted, but we had fun!!
This morning Alicia came back and trimmed the girls hair and Summer showed up and we finished all the jam, today was so perfect! It is about 85 degrees, but it's overcast and beautiful, the kids were outside all morning. Here is the jam we did today, not including the ones in the photo above. I love canning, it's so fun! Free food, again, Score!!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY CARLY!!!
We had a 'friend' party Monday night for family night With the Johnsons, the Johnsons, and the Johnsons (really) and is was a tad windy! actually it was INSANE windy! But my friends wouldn't let me give up! Thanks Brandi & Kendra! We BBQed Hawaiian chicken and pineapple kabobs, and I made Yummy 3 potato salad (thanks Linda!) and fruit pizza, and everyone brought salads.
We tried to have table clothes but the wind turned them into launch pads sending the kids plates flying and the tears rushing! We tried rocks to hold them down, but just ditched them in the end!
After we ate, the kids had a water fight with the water balloons we brought. The only rule was "don't throw them at the adults", Golden must not be an adult! Because he was public enemy number one!
We made little buckets for Carly and her friends to take home for her birthday, they thought they were pretty cool! You would not believe how hard it is to get two 3-year-olds and two 2-year-olds to sit still for 3 seconds! (Or maybe you would!) Kailin, Lacie, Adelyn and Carly! (they're all sporting that "wind-blown" look!)
I think kids like cake!!!
now I'm done.... really.
